Who: Anyone! The class is geared towards adults but reach out to Kate through the South Burlington Rec Department website to inquire about kiddos joining.

How much: $70/person, and this includes everything you need, instruction, guidance, and six cupcakes to decorate and take home.

Class description: Join us for December’s cake decorating class! We’ll be diving into the holiday season with a festive lambeth-style cake, a fun and fancy design (that is easier than it looks!). We will learn and practice all the stacking and piping techniques you need to create this stunning 6” cake, and you can follow along or use what you’ve learned to create a cake that’s uniquely you.

All materials are provided, so bring a positive mindset and be ready to have some fun! All skill levels welcome.

Community Classes

We have partnered with the South Burlington Recreation Department to provide cake decorating classes for the community! These classes have been a blast and a half, where folks of all ages and skill levels can come together to either learn or brush up on basic cake decorating techniques. Private events, birthday parties, team building

Looking for something new to do with a small crowd? Let us take the cake! We will come to your party location or event, and do a hands-on cake decorating lesson, tailored to your goals!

The way the classes are structured is flexible: for younger kids, we can provide mini cakes, or 6” cakes pre-iced to minimize frustration and optimize fun. Or for those looking for more of a challenge, we can provide the tools and instruction necessary for participants to do the whole thing on their own, learn new skills and have a blast in the process!
